I understood why!, not all the white LEDs light up and some flash.
How many white LEDs are there in this ceiling light of mine?
I ave version 20 of the firmware and I cannot update it

Why can't I update the firmware?, I see that v21 has been created, I have v20 as you can see from the images I attached before. Thank you

Some of white led beads couldn’t turn on could be a water damage issue, you can ask after-sale service from the store you bought from.
