Chihiros Backlight - Help needed

The mobile app ist working and connected. The app recommed an update for the backlight 60 x 45 cm.
The download starts and then everything freezes.

Any suggestions?

Same issue as mentioned above. MyChihiros app offers firmware update for LED Backlight White 60x45. Progress freezes at verifying state 1%.
App V2.7.8(566).

Change a phone to update the firmware, if still cannot update there is a showing bug.
No firmware for the led background.
You can ignore the firmware update.
 
In my case too, it was stuck at 1%, I closed the app and then it couldn't connect to the device anymore (it remained on), so I deleted the device from the app, but now it doesn't detect it anymore, I tried with another smartphone but it only detects the dosing pump... can you please tell me how to fix it?IMG_1461.png

LED Background light has no firmware update, it's an app showing bug.
Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend. Download an app nRF Connect to scan all the devices, take screenshots of all the devices it finds on Scanner page.
