Good morning,
I'm having trouble to connect to my aquarium light using the my chihiros app, ive read some other posts dealing with the same issue and have tried the steps suggested with now success. my bluetooth controller serial number is 8835021683. Please assist. I using a Huawei pura 80 lite phone, Steps followed so far:
Removed the light from the app, and tried to re add it
Checked that both Bluetooth and Location permission is allowed for the app, which it is.
Updated the application from the gbox/playstore app
Deleted and completely reinstalled the app
unplugged the device for 10 minutes and reconnected it, still cant detect the light on the app
i can not replace the bluetooth controller, or have no means to do this now, would like to explore all other options
Thanks in advance, i'm hoping that the previous settings remain active after removing the light from the App
