CHIHIROS A2 601 MAX Bluetotth - Light intensity issue

Hello,

I've bought a CHIHIROS A2 601 MAX Bluetooth 1 week ago and I already have some issues.
I can notice that the light intensity I've previously set to manual mode 100% sometimes start to decrease on its own during light time.
I've checked the power consumption and instead of 60w it used to consume, it now consume only 3w.
The light isn't hot as I could have expected.
Do you have any solution ?

Charger shows stable green light btw.

Take a photo of the light brightness.
Take a screenshot of the Manual settings.
Take a screenshot of the Device Information page which includes device ID NO and Firmware Version.
