Hello everyone!

I've bought this led light 5 months ago. Yesterday the light didn't turn off according to automation on My Chihiros App. Today I've tested a lot of things - removing the device, switching off, adding again, and it stays on no matter what I do. Is there a way to reset the controller to solve this? Thanks in advance
 
Check the power supply, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
Record a screen video of this operation: In the app, switch to Manual mode, press the OFF button, could the light be turned off? And reverse the camera to see how the light reacts.

The light is stable green. I recorded the video, I did everything but the light stayed the same:

Ok, technicians need the device information.
Take a screenshot in the app of the Device Information page which includes device ID NO and Firmware Version.
Take a photo of the SN code on the bluetooth controller.

You can try to replace a bluetooth controller.
I don't know what happened, but IT STARTED WORKING FINE AGAIN :love:

For automation purposes, I installed it on a "smart plug" and made an automatic routine through Google Home. Today when the time came, the light didn't switch on - the normal behavior when I had power outages here. I opened 'My Chihiros App' and... voilà!

There maybe a poor contact of the bluetooth controller we thought before.
But you said you use smart plug, that's the issue, need to keep power on always for the light.
