hi my chihiros A2 light every morning when the light turns on it blinks an turn off an then i have to in the app an turn it on again an when the light turns off in the evening there is no problem,what to do here ?

i have 2 lights whit the same setting an only one of them turns off in the morning.

1. What's your login email of the app?
2. Take screenshots of the Device information page that includes Device ID No and Dealer and Firmware version.
3. Take a photo of the SN code on the bluetooth controller.

Inform those 3 questions, technicians could check.

thank you i solved the problem human error from my side ,put the light in the wrong power outlet where i have a timer on.
