can't delete device from app

Hi, can the technicians please remove the following device from my app: 2021IDP8075(M) / 8835045913. Thanks!

Switch to Device list page, long press to delete.

Unfortunately, the led light has already been sold and picked up. Could you please remove it remotely? as I can no longer delete the device myself.

You can delete it in Device list page even the light is not near you.
