Cannot connect to my chihiros app

I accessed my chihiros but it was very difficult to connect to the light and could not adjust the light of the light

Connection lost is a signal issue.
Make sure remove any metal items around the light and bluetooth controller, it may block signal.
Delete the light from Device list, plug out the power supply for a few minutes then plug back in to connect again.

I tried everything as you said and the result is still the same

Close the app totally from phone backend.
Turn off bluetooth, then turn on bluetooth.
Open the app to search again.
