Bug : tank disappear in the menu

After following the instruction to complet to 100 the profile
The menu is now gray and i cant access to my tank anymore
I have already try to uninstall the app but no amelioration

I get the same error on my iOS phone. Is there a solution?

You guys can delete the current app, download the latest version in App Store or Google Play to refesh again.

There is a showing bug of the app, technicinas are fixing it.
You guys can wait 2-3days to update the app version.

I was just entering the same problem in the forum myself as I saw your reply.
The Android app on my Samsung S21 has the same grey frame.
I bought the Chihiros just a few days ago, so I felt quite uneasy it didn't function after only one day.
Hope your technicians are able to fix it soon.
