Am new to this hobby,was told to get a LED light to grow plants.i bought a chichiro C11RGB . The guy in the aquarium shop put the settings in the app for me, used auto and set all colours to 100%,next day brown algae everywhere.since then put settings down to 50% for 3 colours, still more algae.yesterday turned settings down further to 25% for all 3colours,,am waiting to see how that goes.Can anyone offer some advice please?

The tank is small,30 litres,40cm long and about 30cm high,basically a cube shape.my lights are on for 6hours plus half hour ramp up and half hour ramp down,,sorry at work at the moment haven’t got photo of tank.

40X30X30cm tank.
2 months old.
Put each RGB around 30%, manually remove algae, change water frequently, add shrimps.
See if the algae reduces for about 2 weeks, if yes add 5% each week for growth.
