I have programmed an automatic light in the app from 3 to 11 p.m. But 3pm arrived and it didn't turn on. I had to open the app and click on the light for it to turn on. As you can understand, an automation in these conditions is of no use because I want it precisely to forget about having to turn the light on and off and above all so that it turns on if I am not at home. How can i fix this?

As the situation you said, there was a sudden power outage or you cut the power off.
Light has no memory settings, you need to reconnect the light when power comes back to sync app time and settings.
Now the only way is to use a Wifi Hub to connect the light via home Wi-Fi, as long as the hub can connect to home Wi-Fi, light can keep memory.
