Automated series B doesn’t turn on

Hi there,

I have a B series 40 and a CII RGB.
Both are set the same times.
However, while C works flawlessly, B ceased to turn on automatically. I have to turn it, which is not always possible.

I didn’t have any outrage, Desktop is on the same plug and it is not restarted. And CII works.

Is there any fix? It is new. Worked ok since Friday until yesterday. Thanks!

This phenomenon is like a power outage, you can delete the B light from device list, plug out the power supply for a few mintues then plug back in to set again.
