Auto pump head loud and not priming

Hi,

Looking for help with the 4 pump auto doser. 3/4 of the pumps are working. The first one is just spitting liquid into the outflow tube. When I switch the pump head with a working one it works. Tried pulling down on the tubes and it doesn’t seem to resolve or change it.

I’m thinking it is the pump head/tube inside? Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?

Yes the tube inside that pump head got stuck.
Try to pull the 2 yellow tubes as hard as you can when the motor is working:

Or toggle the 3 wheels when it's working.

Thanks for your response.

So I’ve tried pulling down the tubes, even to the point the motor will stop. Doesn’t change the sound or allow it to prime.

Tried moving the barrels with a set of needle nose forceps with no luck either

I took three pump heads apart and swapped the yellow tube from a working one to the loud one and it works and is quiet. Tried swapping the yellow tube from the non working head to the other pumps and the problem follows. It appears the yellow tube is defective?

If yes just try to pull the 2 yellow tube firmly.

Yes, the 3 wheels are working. I have tried pulling the yellow tubes down lightly, firmly, and hard no change. I’ve also tried changing the wheels from a working one with no luck.

The only way to get the pump head to work is swapping the yellow tubes from a different pump head. It is also quiet when I do this.

3 wheels are working no need to toogle it.
It shows a problem of the hose inside that pump head.

Did you open the pump head?
Could you take clear photos of the tube inside?
