app recognizing a wrong co2 regulator model

hello,

i purchased the co2 regulator pro with the co2 controller that connects with bluetooth, when scanning and adding the device it finds the regular co2 regulator as shown in the pictures.
also the app control doesn't shut off the solenoid valve, so co2 keeps running. please assist, thank you

Devices with the ID prefix "DYCO2" will display as the old version CO2 Regulator. It's an display bug technicians will improve in the future app versions.
You can delete the settings, reset a new settings and save well to try again.

And when the solenoid valve is closed, the CO2 release will not stop immediately, and there will be a small amount of residual CO2 at the bottom of the valve and the bubble counter. The residual CO2 will slowly discharge according to the output, which takes about 1-5 minutes.

i tried resetting, it did not work but thank you for the answer, also, how can i update to version 3? i saw users with version 3 and i'm stuck on 1. (is it a bug?)
when trying to update it writes that there's no update available.

If no pop out notification there is no update.
The CO2 Regulator, CO2 Regulator Pro and CO2 Regulator Mate display the same name as the CO2 Regulator.
