App not working

Hello, I would like assistance on one thing. I am using iOS application on my iPhone. I cannot load the profile for the light. Wrgb2. When I push the LOAD button, there is no response, it is not working. Other buttons, such as “save as” are working.

Take a screenshot of the Device Information page that includes device ID No and Firmware Version.
What mode did you use, Customize or Auto?
Did you save settings before?
