App Does Not Function

My Tanks disappeared from within the app .Cant complete new tank setup , even tried adding the devices again ,but it requires a tank to be setup.Seems to get stuck on step 5 and does nothing when trying to complete the setup. .Tried via IOS and iPhone .

My app opens but my tank and all devices have disappeared. interestingly it still shows a water change on my timeline linked to the tank that disappeared

There has been no change to my phone but the app no longer functions.

When I tried to login it said "unknown error." I tried clearing the cache and the data on my phone. That did not resolve the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. At that point the bluetooth search saw my two lights but required me to create a tank. I did that but when I get to the end and click the "complete" button, nothing happens--it will not create the new tank.

So right now I have no control over my two very expensive lights.

I tried both the Android and IOS version and got the same results.

Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

• Reinstalled the app
• Powered off all devices for 30 seconds
• Restarted the app with and without WiFi enabled
• Ensured GPS and location services are turned on
• Restarted my Android Google Pixel phone multiple times
• Logged out of the app and logged back in

Despite these efforts, none of my previous tank profiles are visible and I am unable to create a new one or connect to any of my devices.

Same here and typical got up 2 hours early to do 2 water changes and app not working, again. Ughhhhh

Can't login to the app and all my tank profiles have been deleted, connections to devices lost.

The app has deleted all of my existing tank profiles. I have been using the app successfully for over three years, so this has resulted in the loss of multiple established profiles and all connection to my devices.

Same issue - cycling a new tank, my plants need light. This is ridiculous, there’s no way to access my light without an app that’s not working

If functionality is wholly dependant on an app, said app better not go down.

Exactly the same for me. App randomly logged me out, and now I have no way to control my light. Utterly ridiculous.

Same here. When opening the app I was logged out. Tried to login but it gives me this error.

SAME HERE, Ben al blij dat iedereen dit probleem ervaart en ook mijn lampen gewoon doordraaien op oud patroon gelukkig. Ik mag er vanuit gaan dat ze er mee bezig zijn fishfriends!

Zelfde probleem, Unknown error... Lampen gelukkig in ingestelde patroon door aan het schijnen.
Ga ervan uit dat ze het snel gaan fixen... Fingers crossed!

lets hope its fixed soon, glad we are in this together hahah.. good thing is that the light will keep running your settings.. as it does with mine, thankfully my plants stay alive hahahah
