I have 4 WRGB II Slim lights, and in EVERY tank, all I grow is an abundance of hair moss. What settings should the lights be set to help my plants, but not encourage moss growth? Can they be dimmed? My tanks are small, and the lights are quite bright.

How old are the 4 tanks? You can provide photos for us to check.
What's the size of the 4 WRGB II Slim lights?
What's the settings?
If the tanks are nano and light intensity is high, there could be algae, you can reduce each RGB percentages.
