WRGB30 II red not working

Hi,

Since the beginning of this week my WRGB30 II lamp has no more red. Even in manual mode, the blue and green work well but the red stays off.
Is there any way to get it repaired ?

1. In the app switch to Manual mode. Test each channel below:

*Red: Green and Blue at 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max.
*Green: Red and Blue at 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max.
*Blue: Red and Green at 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max.

See if there only red color cannot react normally.

2. In the app switch to Manual mode, press the “All” button, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel.

3. Unplug the light, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel.

I tried all 3 colors from 0% to 100%, only the Red doesn't work at all.
