Wrgb slim 2 app issue

Hi Team,
I have wrgb slim 2 90 which i bought recently. I have been noticing that sometimes when scheduled time starts , light won’t get switched on but in app it will be showing as it’s on. Again i have to refresh the app by on and off the schedule, then the light comes up. Can someone provide me solution for this?

It could be a sudden power outage or power cut issue.
Make sure keep power always on and donot use smart plug, otherwise you need to reconnect the light to sync app time and app settings.
