WRGB II Slim 30cm Has No White Light

I have newly bought 30cm and 60cm, both came together. I have no issues with the 60cm.

The 30cm however, has no white light at all since the moment I turned on the switch. I've tried to check on manual mode to adjust the sliders but still no white light. The firmware has been updated to version 23.
What should I do?

What do you mean white color, WRGB II Slim only has RGB 3 colors.
