WRGB 2 10th Edition does not connect WiFi Hub

I am trying to connect the lighting and wifi hub but it doesn't connect.I click on the bind button but wifi is not activated. I can only control it via bluetooth. Due to this situation, I cannot control the lighting via wifi.

Plug out Wifi Hub for a few minutes then plug back in to bind again.

Hello, I tried but still not working. Also I deleted app and then install new version etc. but does not working.

What's your phone model? IOS or Android?
For ios, a repaired and upgraded version of the wifihub firmware will be available for a few days. Then you can update to the latest and give it a try.

I have the exact same issue with WRGB2 10 th edition and the Wi-Fi hub. Only difference is I am using an android phone Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus, and the firmware version for the Wi-Fi hub is 1 and on trying to update it says no new update available and it’s already the latest version. The only reason I bought the Wi-Fi hub was to be able to remotely control the wrgb2 light. Please help!!

What's your app version? Take a screenshot of the wifi hub Device Information page.
What's the version of your Android phone?
When you click bind with the hub app no reaction?

Hi, I have downloaded the latest app version (2.6.25). I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Disconnected and reconnected the wifi hub - nothing works :-(
Android is latest version 12 with One UI 4.1. All screen shots attached of hub device. When I click on bind - I see the Chihiros symbol but after that nothing happens. Also, it does not let me bind when bluetooth is on saying the device is connected through phone. I can only try to bind with bluetooth off and wifi on.

Please help on how to fix this. Thanks much!

Technicians upgraded a new firmware version for the wifi hub, you can rebot the app enter Device Settings to update the firmware.

Thank you! The firmware got updated to version 2 and now it works.
