So, once to the latest version of the hub pro.
When the network is switched off at night, you can remove the hub from the app and have to assign the hub again.
the smart strip is not supported.
Furthermore, the wrgb 2 per and the fan is not supported.
Furthermore, the scene mode cannot be documented.
all documented by screenshot.
If you enter too long names for the denomination, miss buttons to dose.
Please fix.

1. Why there is a network off? Keep power and Wi-Fi on always no problem.
2. Smart power strip is Wifi device not bluetooth device, it is controlled via Wi-Fi itself, no need to connect it to Wifi Hub Pro.
3. Wifi Hub Pro supports Manual and Auto modes of devices (WRGB II and Cooling Fan), doesn't support Customize mode.
4. About the scene mode issue you mentioned, technicians ask could you please provide video for them to review?

Hi!
The notification interface is completely out of sync. The time set in the app does not match the time on the HUB, so no notifications are received! Also, it’s frustrating that the HUB only displays the 12-hour format and there’s no option to switch to 24-hour format.
I also encountered an issue where I pressed the magnetic stirrer and the dosing pump on the HUB, but they didn’t stop. I powered off the devices, and when I turned them back on, they continued running non-stop. I eventually had to delete the devices and re-run them. This is definitely not normal! All updates are up to date.

Take a photo of the WiFi Hub Pro screen, the "About" page.

I just learned (realized) the WiFi hub WILL:

* Control multiple devices on a single tank (Temp, light, dosing, etc.)

While the WiFi hub WILL NOT:

* Control one device (my Chihiros lights) across my multiple tanks (currently seven)

This is lame. I appreciate the tech, but I can't use it. I have moved to Chihiros lights for all my tanks... and I wanted to be able to control them while out of Bluetooth range (like when I'm out of my home)

Unless there is an update on the way to allow me to select ALL my tanks and the device/s attached to them, I can't use this.

I'm sad.

Sorry but one WiFi Hub Pro supports only one tank.
You can add all devices to one tank, WiFi Hub Pro can support up to 20 devices.

Hi,
1. The Dosing Pump issue was fixed.

2. The To Do list issue was fixed, follow below steps to solve:

Update the Mobile App and Firmware:
● Update the My Chihiros mobile app to version 2.8.24.
● Update the WiFi Hub Pro firmware to version 144.
Set the Time Zone (to resolve potential daylight saving time issues):
● Open the My Chihiros app and navigate to the WiFi Hub Pro.
● Go to the “Device Settings” page.
● Scroll to the bottom and find Current Time Zone.
● Tap “Sync Timezone” to apply your device’s current time zone.
Return to Main Screen:
● Navigate back to the WiFi Hub Pro page.
● Then go back to the WiFi Hub Pro Tank page.
● Finally, return to the “Tanks” page.

3. The switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats will be added in a future upgrade.

For me, the problem hasn’t really been solved! The dosing pump update doesn’t establish a Wi-Fi connection, not even Bluetooth. The magnetic stirrer still keeps spinning endlessly, though at least now it can be stopped through the app. The time synchronization worked, but the notification that is set to a fixed time (for example a feeding time) shifts to the moment I press the button to confirm the feeding is finished. So every time I need to manually correct the set time again. This device doesn’t seem very well thought-out… I also don’t understand why it forces every Bluetooth device to use Wi-Fi. Why can’t I decide myself what I want to use with Wi-Fi? So, I’m still not really satisfied, but thanks for the effort!

I disconnected from the HUB, and now I was able to restore the dosing pump. So that’s checked off… but this is not a real solution either, having to constantly interrupt the Wi-Fi process.

Technicians just checked your Dosing Pump was connected to the Wifi Hub Pro.

The notification time is calculated based on the phone's logic, cannot be changed, starting from the moment you click it. It doesn't use the earliest set time.

As for the Magnetic Stirrer cannot be turned off via the Wifi Hub Pro screen issue, technicians will review again and give you a solution soon.
