I am very dissatisfied with the purchase of Wi-Fi Hub Pro. A completely unfinished product with many problems related to settings, in particular, firmware updates are installed only from the device itself. Installation from the application does not happen, as it writes no updates. The application contains a product activation button that does not function. While you can still figure out how to connect quick buttons and a to-do list, the rest of the settings functions create serious problems.
One of the serious problems is the fast dosing from the Hub screen. By pressing this button, the fertilizer dosing starts working without limitation. There is no way to stop the dosage. The danger is to poison all the inhabitants. If you press fast dispense, you can only stop it by completely disconnecting the dispenser from the power supply. But when the pump is reconnected, the pump continues dosing. It is necessary to turn off the power supply and remove the battery from the dispenser, this is the only way out of this problem. Question to the seller - are you ready to be responsible for the improper functioning of your equipment? If the first hub did not work with many equipment of the Chihiros series, then this was initially stipulated in the description and its price was five times cheaper. In this case, with the high cost of the product, we get the risk of poisoning the entire aquarium. To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing!
I urge the developers of this product to solve this problem as soon as possible!

Sorry for inconvenience, technicians are solving this issue, will update you when it's fixed.
Then you are obliged to warn people about this problem. If someone does not have time to physically turn off the dispenser in time, this will lead to the death of all fish, and this is more expensive than your equipment. People buy your equipment to automate the process, and they get equipment that is DANGEROUS for their aquariums. I was waiting for this equipment for review, but I understand that there is no point in doing a review. This equipment is as useless as the previous version, and also dangerous. I hope that within a short time you will solve this problem by updating the application or firmware and notify me, then there will be an opportunity to save the situation from one of the negative reviews.
To be honest, the equipment does not partially perform its declared functionality and is subject to return.

Thank you very much for your honest feedback, and we're truly sorry for the experience you've had. We completely understand your concern — your aquarium and its inhabitants are very valuable, and we never want our products to put them at risk.

You're absolutely right: customers choose our automation solutions to simplify and protect their tank management, not to create additional stress or danger. We take this issue very seriously.

Our technical team is already working on a solution via an app or firmware update, and resolving this has become a top priority. We will inform you as soon as the update is available (possibly this Sunday), and we genuinely appreciate your patience during this time.
