Wifi Hub Pro Issue

Good morning,
today I had another issue.
It froze like last time and showed the red screen. After a few minutes it shows another picture.
At this point I seriously have a trust issue with this device because it was supposed to be a backup device to restore the light and dosing pump settings in case of a power failure :(
 
I'm from Germany and the issue occurred on September the second at 9 am german time zone. I posted all the infos in the post #41.



Last Saturday it kept restarting (about 3-5 times) but I kept working after that.
No unplugging needed.

Technicians said:
As soon as the Wifi Hub Pro is started, it will automatically send the synchronization data to the devices. Your previously mentioned requirements will not be affected.

The problem of wifi hub pro is still being solved. If you want to get the latest version, are you willing to join the beta test, so that the new app version will be pushed first?

I hope you had a nice vacation and now with new strength you have more energy and managed to solve our problems with Chihiros Wifi Hub Pro.

I noticed that the restarts have increased since the last update.
The device restarts more often and the red screen appears more often.
To avoid the sound during the night, I had the device turned off all this time.

I'm following this forum to see how things evolve and I hope the problems will be solved as soon as possible.

I don't want to believe that I paid €200 for two devices that don't work properly.

Some devices works normally after updating firmwares.
If yours still doesn't work normally you can ask the seller to replace one.
 
This product that is not worth the money. Constant reboots of the device, which interfere very much in the evening or at night. When will this issue be fixed? If this is a bug in the software, then fix it with the firmware. If this is a problem with the hardware, then recall the defective product, for which people paid a lot of money.

Now version is 146, beta 153, would you like to join the test?
 
Yes, please. In case of any problem, can I return 146? In any case, constant reboots are terrible.
As long as you agree, technicians can operate in the background inviting you to beta 153, but it will be troublesome to return to version 146 later.
