WiFi Devices not working

Wifi hub doesn't work since morning. the device is green and connected online.
Wrgb 2 pro doesn't work over wifi
If wifi hub is added as a device in tank, none of the other devices work.
Can't remove the wifi hub from the tank devices once added. To remove the device, the tank needs to be deleted.
Deleting tank means I need to setup and recalibrate dosing pump and every other device.

It's a mess.

Tried app reinstall, deleting and adding new tank and devices. Nothing works. Why are these glitches becoming so frequent? These smart devices have become a curse without any option of using them offline. Great devices with bad user experience and frequent issues.

How to get these things working seamlessly? I need to be able to use the features you are promising.

Hello. I have the same situation, wife hub has not been working for two days. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, tried everything but it won't connect. The green light is on but the connection cannot be established. Is there a general problem? I've turned it off completely now.

Not sure we are on our Chinese New Year holiday, didn’t get a notification about app bug from technicians.

Not really sure the new Hub, it’s estimated to be released at the earliest after our Chinese New Year holiday.

I am facing same problem.. everything was alright last week. Now the wifi hub is just green and in the app there is no wifi control. Please help.

I have done this afew times already. Yes the dosing ump doesn't connect to wifi hub. But when the wifi hub is added to tank devices, none of the devices work.

The wifi hub is acting like some hostage device, doesn't delete, doesn't allow any device to work. The wrgb pro2 doesn't connect to wifi even when the wifi hub is switched off, it only works on bluetooth. If the wifi hub is part of the tank devices, the wrgb pro2 doesn't work even with bluetooth. There is some serious technical issue at your end and it's just making our tank ecosystem suffer.

I have a travel plan in afew days and now I am left stranded because of this unreliable-untested update that have made my devices redundant.

Same problem here for me.
They are 3 days that my WiFi hub doesn’t work and I can’t control my WRG light via WiFi from distance.
The green light of hub stays on
but the connection cannot be established with my WiFi network .
The message after retry to connect to my network appears to be successful but no WiFi symbol appears in the right corner - only the Bluetooth -and of course there is not a connection.
Please administrator give us a solution

I have the same problem. Since Sunday 2nd February my hub stopped connecting to the WiFi. I have tried a full reset multiple times and nothing has worked.

I get the follow error message every time.



Please assist.

Same problem here, bought the wifi hub, tried to connect, exact same issues as described in this thread. Will probably send it back to seller.

This is problem with IOT not device. Maybe You should wait for fixing the issue by Chihiros Team

Have you read this thread carefully? This is not a problem with application but only IOT Server managed by Chihiros.
