white led doesnt work

hello, any help on my RGB+APLUS
couldn't set the white led on
its all either red/green/blue and got a dark result

device id: DYNARGBDE6CDFFAB7EA
firmware version: 22

RGB+APLUS light.
It could be a problem of the bluetooth controller.
You can take photos of the bluetooth controller and the Led beads panel, also take photos of the led beads panel when turn off the light.

Waterproof testing paper got red, the led beads panel got short circuit by water damage.

Yes cause that led light has been discontinued for many years as well as its replacing accessories.
