Vivid Mini Auto Scheduling Issue

Hi,

I have a Chihiros VIVID Mini, and i am using My Chihiros app on iOS.
Everything looks fine in manula mode, but when I set Auto mode for On-Off time, it won't work anymore.
By open the app and turn off/on Auto mode it is working, but it will not work for the next time unless you open the app and repeat the above.

iOS: 18.6 (Latest version)
Phone: 16 Promax
App version: 2.8.21 (latest version)
Device Firmware: 23 (Latest version)

It seems a memory lost issue.
Could be power outage.

Was there a sudden power outage?
Did you cut off the power?
Do you use a smart plug?

because i am not at the home during working hours may there was power outage, but it is routine and daily issue and i don't think so every day i have power outage. Even with daily power outage it should not have such as this issue!

Yes a sudden power outage could cause this issue.
If there isn't daily power outage, check if you keep the power on always. No smart plug.
 
No i am not using any smart plug.

So you said i bought 350$ lighting system which doesn't have such a basic memory feature and after every power outage its config get reset???
 
Yes our lights have no memory settings thru Bluetooth connection if there is a power outage, but you can use WiFi Hub Pro to solve this issue by connecting all devices to Wi-Fi.
 
I couldn't find Wifi Hub Pro in my country, but Wifi Hub is available (that old style white box without screen). Is it working for me in the same way or not?
my Chihiros model is DYNXS (RGB VIVID II Mini)
 
New Wifi Hub is not available as well (check your official website!) so i couldn't find it.

my question is: suppose that i could find the old one, is that box supporting by the software or not?

Old Wifi Hub supports but due to the use of different local servers, the power outage issue has not been fully resolved across all areas.
