Vivid 3 and WiFi Hub Pro

I bought vivid 3 . I have WiFi hub pro too. When I connect one of the lamp connect to WiFi the other only to the Bluetooth . Where can be the problem ? I reset the lamp , I reset the WiFi hub pro but it’s the same

And from now I lost communication and with the Bluetooth

Did you put the 2 WRGB VIVID 3 lights and the Wifi Hub Pro in the same created tank?

Yes of course . It’s in the same tank . The lamp is up . The wi fi hub pro is down. But I have vivid 2 WRGB 10 anniversary and I don’t have problems with the lamps

Will you give a solution or what ? I give a lot of money for everything and now I can’t use is how to expect ! This is not okay ! When someone gives a lot of money expect everything to work well . W

I check for updates but they don’t have . Will you make new updates for the lights and the WiFi hub for more good stable Bluetooth ?
