Vivid 2 light all turn green

Asking advise or solution of vivid 2 all led turn into green. Bluetooth controller taken out still same issue.

unable to turn off at all

Replace the Bluetooth and PCB modules, they may get short circuit by water/dust damage.

Both PCB and Bluetooth had replaced, still same green light......

You may insert the wires wrong.
Take clear photos of how you inserted the colored wires to the light panel.
