Vivid 2 is removed from the device menu after closing the application

After configuring, saving, and closing the application, I found that the device was missing from the application.

When searching for a new device, the application prompts for a password, and everything works fine—the device is detected. However, after closing the application, the device disappears from the list along with all saved settings. I got the same problem for my both Vivid2

We have deleted the connection passwords of the 2 devices.
Totally close the app from phone backend, open it again to search and connect.
 
Hi, I have the exact same problem for my WRGB 2, can help delete the connection password for my device also?

Have deleted/reset the password.
Totally close the app from phone backend, open it again to refresh, search and connect.
 
Hi, I have the same issue. C2 RGB not showing after I close the app.
Can you please reset the password?
