Yeah, I actually have the WRGB2 Pro 45 as well, and that one is detected

Download an app nRF Connect to scan all devices and take screenshot of the Scanner page.

Hello, I have already scanned for devices using the app and I can see multiple devices nearby.
I would like to mention that I have three Chihiros devices:
Two RGB lights
One Magnetic Light

From the one screenshot no device was detected.
Those all the devices it finds from Scanner page?

Yes , these are all the devices that appear when I scan.
I’m also sharing screenshots of my Chihiros app.

The DYCXDF073189C54AD is the Magnetic light.
You can search in the nRF Connect app again, because you can find the WRGB II Pro 45 light in My Chihiros app, but no device ID in the nRF Connect app.
If still cannot be detected, there could be a problem of the bluetooth module of the VIVID 2 light.
