New app version 2.7.67 solves Tank Disappear issue and Group control of WRGB VIVID 3 lights.
Now for IOS can update, Android still need to wait sometime.

I’m using iOS App version 2.7.68. All my aquariums have disappeared, and when I try to log in, I get an error. If I try to log in with the same email via Google or Apple, it just creates a new account.

Im using the latest version of app on Android and today all my tanks disappeared and connection is unstable. I have 3 tanks running on chiriros lights, need a solution asap.

Same situation here — I also have 3 aquariums connected to the app, including my contest tank. This is a complete disaster: lighting, fertiliser dosing… everything.


Some of my friends are also using the app to control their CO₂ — it’s really worrying.

This is a utter mess up indeed, rendering the lights useless and looks Iike it is wide spread issue. Currently at night here, hope they figure out something by tomorrow morning or I will have to dust off some old lights I have here. It is crazy they release an update this broken.

Looks like it is back here, however still unstable.

Hi guys,

There was a sudden app bug this morning(GMT+8).
App technicians said the server load fluctuated and is now back to normal.

Since yesterday with the update of iOS 2.7.68 my session was closed and my tank was deleted. I logged in and my account appears as new. It also doesn't allow me to create new tanks. My chichiros series B finds it but I can't add it either. Should I still wait or can I do something to reset the commander?
