Have reset the password.
Device infomation you can clear by deleting the light from Device List.
 
But DYNWRGBF0403333107D is request connection password.
So I can not add device .Pls advice.
But we checked no data of this Device, there is no password. You can see other customers Device ID, there is the password and we can reset it.
You can totally close the app from mobile backend, then open again to refresh to search the device again.
