I have been using the light for almost 2 yrs.
Had no issues until now.

I cannot change the light setting to another or make custom settings either
When changed it automatically goes to buce light setting

Tried auto mode as well and when I still save the changes it goes to buce light setting
Have uninstalled the app and tried again as well
Switched off the light too from main switch nothing is working ! Pls help

Take a screenshot of the Device Information page which includes device ID NO and Firmware Version.
And please record a video of how you set other settings and how it turns to Buce settings.

In app when I select for example pre setting red or shrimp it changes to that and a few seconds later automatically changes to pre set buce setting even when the pre set lighting is selected.
In app it does not show that it's changed to buce setting automatically, shows as for example red setting is selected but light color changes to buce setting.

Same happens when I try to make custom changes

Below attached is the Device Information page

Where is the video?

Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green stable indicator light?

Test in the app, switch to Manual mode, test each RGB channel separately:
1. Slide Green and Blue at 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max, what will Red react?
2. Slide Red and Blue at 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max, what will Green react?
3. Slide Red and Green at 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max, what will Blue react?

Yes the green light is stable on the power adapter not blinking or anything like that

In manual mode I have tried sliding the colors separately and altogether as well it just shows the correct colors for about 1 to 2 seconds and turn to the pre set lighting automatically

In auto mode also when I slide the colors to whichever I want and save it does not show the right colors, sets itself to a pre set lighting

App technicians asked if your app version is the latest.
If no you need to reinstall the latest version in App Store or Google Play.
And check your network.

App version is 2.7.39
I did uninstall and installed the app so it should be to the latest version.

Technicians said you can change network to try, from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
And you can open the top central cover of the light, take a clear photo of the modules inside.

Changed the network too and the issue still persists.
Right now don't have the tools to open the cover
I'll share soon
