I recently installed the pro heater in my aquarium. The app notified me that there was a firmware update. However, when I went to install the firmware, it notified me it would be install it but it hangs up and never installs. Is there an update for firmware for the US model plug?

on downloading page, it just hangs up and never changes percentage
