Power of Universal wrgb 1200

Bonjour,
Je viens d’installer ma rampe led universal wrgb 1200, je trouve qu’elle n’éclaire pas beaucoup, dans l’application mychihiros avec tout les canaux à 100% la puissance affichée est de 36w, est-ce normal ?

I just installed my Universal WRGB 1200 LED strip, and I find it doesn't provide much light. In the mychihiros app, with all channels at 100%, the power displayed is 36W. Is this normal?

Universal WRGB 1200 power is 91W, and lumens is 6251LM.
You can slide all channels to the max to test.
