Seriously disappointed with Chihiro's. We have live plants and animals at stake here. Your servers and app have obviously crashed, and nothing is working for anyone.

Super frustrating and disappointing for such a high priced light.

Mine just connected and is up and going.
I don’t know if this had anything to do with it or if they’re working on their end and they finally figured something out in tech-support. I unplugged and disconnected my Bluetooth controller, plugged it back in. Restarted my phone and suddenly it found and connected to the light.

I just checked mine aswell and it is back online. They must have fixed the issue.
