I'm having a problem with the working pressure, specifically the needle valve, on my Chihiros CO2 regulator Pro Limited Edition.

First, I connected the regulator to a CO2 cylinder and got the correct pressure readings at the cylinder valve. Then I closed the needle valve (clockwise) to adjust the working pressure.

However, every attempt to get the working pressure has failed; I can't get any pressure at all.

Can you offer any explanation for what's happening? Or what might be wrong?

The product is brand new!

Thank you

Unfortunately, I don't have a video, but I can send a photo.

As you can see, the CO2 regulator is connected to the bottle.

I opened the CO2 bottle and the pressure gauge (1) shows the bottle pressure.

Then I closed the CO2 dial (2) as shown, according to the direction of rotation.

But I'm not getting any working pressure on the gauge (3).

Could you tell me or send a drawing of what the inside of the CO2 dial (2) looks like? Is there a valve inside?

When I turn the CO2 dial (2) clockwise or counterclockwise, I don't feel any resistance that would suggest it's moving a slider or valve.

Thanks for your help.
