Dear Chihiros Support Team,

I recently purchased a Chihiros Doctor Mate Bluetooth Edition from Mega Zoo Düsseldorf in Germany. I have now returned to Turkey, but I am unable to use the device because it is bound to another account/password and requires a reset.

Since there is no physical reset button on the device, I kindly request you to unbind this device from any previous accounts so I can pair it with my own "My Chihiros" app.
