Dear Team,
I recently purchased a Chihiros Universal WRGB 1200 light and I am trying to connect it to the My Chihiros app.
After installing the chihiros app I tried to connect my new device but is asking for password as I said the device is brand new.
The controller does not have a physical reset button.
I have tried:
Using different phones
Restarting Bluetooth
Reinstalling the app
The problem persists, and I cannot complete the connection.
Please advise how I can resolve this.
