My light wont connect?

In the app it says it’s connected but when i click on the device to turn it on it says “connection lost please try again”. I have unplugged the light and disconnected the light from my app. Not sure what to do help!!
 
Weak signal.
Delete the device from Device list page, unplug the bluetooth controller for a few minutes then try again.
Remove any metal items around the light and cables which could block signal.
