My Chihiros App notifications

Hello everybody!
I'm a possessor of Chihiros WRGB II, I've installed the app and I've abilitate Notification as per picture below:


here below an example of "to do" activity:

unfortunately it doesn't work and I never received any notification into "to do" section in app
Could you please help me?
