Hello everyone. Maybe someone can help. One LED is new and runs in auto mode. Works well. When I put my smartphone aside and go back to the app after a while, I no longer see the lamp under Device. I then have to search via device again. The lighting continues to operate normally in the meantime. Is that right

What's your login email of the app?
Take a creenshot of the Device Information page that includes ID no and Firmware version.

Many thanks for the answer. The problem is solved. I added the tank, now I see it. One more question about Customize mode. If I have the intensity at 100% from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and only program 50% on all LEDs from 8:30 p.m., the system moves down in a curve to 8:30 p.m. or switches over this half hour it quickly?

Using the current magnetic light in my app as a reference.
Settings below:
2:59pm, at 0%
3:00pm, at 100%
8:00pm, at 100%
8:01pm, at 0%
8:30pm, at 50%
8:31pm, at 0%
So light is at 100% from 3:00pm to 8:00pm and at 50% on 8:30pm as your request.
From 8:01pm to 8:30pm, light brightness is from 0% to 50%, it's a ramping period.

Good morning. If I understand you correctly the LED increases from 0 to 20:30 to 50% from 20:01. But I would like to slowly dim down 50% from 100% at 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. How should this be set up then?
