Magnetic light flashing and not turning on

Hello,
I bought a Chihiros magnetic light that has some issues.
First issue, when i turn on the programmed auto start the first time. The light starts going on and off the whole time.
Second issue, on the second day, the auto start time passed and the light didn´t turn on automatically. So i started it manually but again the light was going on and off in sequences of 2 to 3 seconds.
Is there something i can do or should i return the light?

The power adapter is not original, its output is not enough to run the light.

How much output should the adaptor have? There was no adaptor in the box when we bought it.

Yes no power adapter only USB cable.
But in product description we recommend using our original power adapter output 5V3A.
