lighting setting

Hello, I'm a Chihiros Vivid 3 user I have a lot of Bucephalandra and Anubias in my 225 liter tank. How should my lighting settings be?
(There's CO2 and Chihiro's Doctor 5)

If it’s a newly planted tank, use 20%-30% brightness.
Add 5% brightness 1-2 weeks for growth.
When it’s mature, use the preset mode, Red, Green, Buce…Choose the one you like the most and adjust it slightly like by +-5%.
