Light settings for slim 30

Hey I have a 35cm(long)x20cm(wide)x13cm(deep) tank and was just wondering about what the best colour settings was I also have painted red fire shrimp in the tank and want there colour to pop

Also about ramp up and ramp down times for a sunset and sunrise setting

For a 35x20x13cm shallow tank, WRGB II Slim 30 is enough.
You can choose the preset Red mode for better red color rendering.
