Light not found

I have a Chihiros WRGB II 10th Edition that was purchased in January directly from Chihiros. All of a sudden the light will no longer connect through the app. I’ve deleted the device, and tried to re-add it and it is not found. I’ve in plugged it for a few minutes and plugged it back in and still cannot find it. Seems to have broken when the app updated to 2.8.33.

How can I fix this? The light won’t work at all.
 
1. Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
2. Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend. Download an app nRF Connect to scan all the devices, take screenshots of all the devices it finds on Scanner page.
 
Light is WRGB II 60 10th Edition.
Remove any metal items around the bluetooth controller which could block signal.
