Issue with co2 regulator mate

Increasing Co2 isn't working. It stops at 1 bubble per second and it doesn't respond turning adjuster more open. I already replace check valve. I use a atomizer ultra with working pressure 0.2 MPA

There cannot be connector between, you need to use one tube from regulator to diffuser.

So there is no check valve (water stop) needed to prevent water going into the regulator?

There is check valve in the bubble counter.
