I installed the Vivid 3 in 'Auto Nature' mode (factory default settings, no customization). After some time running, it starts turning off and on by itself in a cyclical pattern. The power supply gets very hot, but the light fixture's internal temperature stays around 45°C. Is the unit defective? How can I fix this?
