My Chihiros WRGB II Slim light shows yellow lighting on a quarter of the illuminated area. I cannot change this

LED beads panel got short circuit by water damage.
This is the waterproof testing paper inside, it's red indicates water damage.
Needs to replace the LED beads panel substrate, sometimes needs to replace the bluetooth controller and power adapter together.

The lighting was purchased in October 2024; is it still covered by the warranty?
